Me, Watashiwa, Ya

Do you believe in Karma? Well, I do. I am seeing it now happening in my life. To make a long story short, a company I once knew, who screwed some of their staff for writing innocent comments on a fellow colleagues website, is now under major fire. The management are being questioned, audited over and over and some ex-staffs are being called upon again by govt authorities to be interviewed. In some occasion, this may seem like a horrid thing, but for some lot, they say "cool!" .. Simple.. Karma..

Just had a long chat with some of my old colleagues, Benny, Nick Tengku. So nice talking to them again. Congrats Tengku! U sure deserve all that you have now, and don have doubts! After all, you are THE DUDE. Meeting them up for drinks and dinner. Funny how they used to refer to me that I was a swinging dick. A guy just like them lot, and they NEVER treated me like one.. and I felt so at home.

I am now hooked on to this Korean Drama "Princess Hour". I love that show. I think it is cute and funny. So these days, I leave the office by 7pm to catch it every day at 8.30pm. Much to the pleasure of my boyfriend.

This week, I am planning to meet or gather with old friends, which is a good thing. Cant wait for next weekend when I will be meeting my other bunch of friends: Sharon, Evelyn and Vivien. Aiyah let’s stay overnight lah k?

okay .. almost 7pm, I need to go home to my Korean Prince..

The CNY Holidays were one of the boring ones I ever had. Sigh .. NO gambling at all, no angpows.. so sad..

Anyway, I did spend some time with my bf and I guess that makes a difference eh? And I did get lots of rest and sleep.

I watched so much of tv and something told me that I am staying away from tv for some time now *wink*

Watched Music & Lyrics recently. Nice movie, really enjoyed it, see my review on it. Watching Ghost Rider this evening with my colleagues. That should be fun. Let’s see what all these people are raving about and whether it is true.

Work is back and as hectic as usual, but since I just got back from the holiday season.. it is slowly kicking in.. the whole "I am geared up for work" feeling. Give me time.. slowly I will come back.

Tried a DIY hair dye at home on Tuesday, it did not work tho. My hair did not turn copper which was good cause I don think i would have been able to pull it off…hmmm

It is that day again Feb 14! I did this little activity in the office. Everyone has a secret Cupid. So this secret Cupid should do something nice for you in that one week towards Valentines.

It was hillarious and emotional. 2 cupids, sent flowers daily to their Valentine, and the rest were jealous. So this created a lot of havoc in the office and you can see that there are a lot of people who thinks that being someone’s Valentine is all Material. IT IS NOT! They must remember that it is the tot that counts. People seem to forget that these days

My bf and I never celebrated Valentines. This is the second year we are together for Valentine. Last year we let it slide. This year, with all the frenzy in the office, I got him a handphone holder (cheap and something to keep in office to tell the other gals that he is sooo taken - bitch, i know!) and a card.

I did not have to send him flowers, but simple things like that go a long way. He bought me dinner. Simple, pizza! Dominos.. so happy!

On another note, a friend (whom I only spoken on the phone to) passed away recently and when my GF Eve was telling me about it, I was in utter shock that I could hardly response to what she was saying. Jeff? The same guy who picked up your phone and asked me to talk dirty with him on the phone? That total stranger whom I have never met, not heard of? what happened?? He was v young he lived life the way he wanted people to believe he did, and you know what? He succeeded in something. He left a mark even in someone whom he has never met, me. Life is indeed short.

My advise: Should you have something you want to do, someone you want to meet, something you wanna eat, someone you wanna talk to, reconcile, don wait for tomorrow, know why? It may never come…..
